Terms of Purchase

1. Ordering Information

• 1. ·       We do not have a minimum order requirement and also do not require your business number to purchase item from use. it will be called           individually sell  

     
     

     ·       All orders are to be placed via our website, or via email for bulk purchases.

       

     ·       We do accept any verbal orders over the telephone orders due to miscommunication 
     
     

     ·       All the price are mentioned on the website are the including GST. 

     
     

     ·       All the price on the website is subject to change without any notice. Orders confirmed and paid for we will honor at the price for that order only.

      

     ·        Once an order is confirmed and paid for, order cancellation requests due to a change of mind or mistaken placed order will be counted as a Change of Mind Return - please consider to our return policy for all the required information.

     
     

     All the products are not for internal use. Most of the orders are for external use. Plz, contact us to know about this. 

     
     
     

     2. Payments :

  ·       WE do process any order or take any orders without processing payment.  

   

  ·      You have many options for the payments which can be made via PayPal, AfterPay, or Bank Deposit. We no longer accept AMEX. I

  3. Freight and Delivery :

  
  

  ·       Price on the website is included freight.

   

  ·       We will ship goods using Australia Post.

   

  ·       For International Orders, we will advise the cost of the courier and an estimated lead time for delivery. Greenleaf will not be held responsible for any goods held up or incurring extra local clearance charges. Please check with your local customs agents or shipping agent prior to shipment of goods.

   

  ·       All orders should be checked and any discrepancy or error must be lodged within three (3) days of receipt of goods. Refer to our Return Policy for more information.

   

  ·       Returned orders due to incorrect addresses, we will charge again re-delivery fees, if you cancel the order. we will charge 25% Re-stock fees.

  ·      All promotions such as free freight which are promoted via the website, Facebook, and other marketing channels are for Australia only.

  ·       If products are not stored correctly, this could alter the stability and nature of the products. Also, if used with other ingredients, this could also cause product stability issues.
