Shipping Hours :

Our most of orders will be packed within 2 business or sometimes even less. we do not ship the order on weekends and also on public holidays.

Delays Due to Outside Circumstances :

 We try to make sure that your order get delivered within the specified time. Green Leaf cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, customs, and border issues (for international shipments), service interruptions, etc.

Customs, Duties Fees, and Taxes :

Our selling price is not including of any duties, or taxes of the destination country. 

Wrong Address : 

If you find it out that your shipping address is wrong after the order is dispatched.  Unfortunately, it is too late for us to make a change after order has been sent. We can change the address if we have not sent it out your order.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect product policies :

Damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt. Please email us at info@greenleafoil.com including the order number, a detailed description of the problem, and a picture of the damaged, defective or incorrect items received. The product will be replaced with an identical product (subject to availability) free of charge or refunded, whichever is preferred. Unfortunately, we can not take any steps without getting pictures from you.

Shipping Provider Options :

Your order will be shipped Standard Service unless you select an alternative (Express). We use Australia Post for all our parcels.
